From sunrise practices and sound healing to vibrant Vinyasa, partner Acroyoga, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony — all wrapped up with a healthy breakfast and brunch by the water.

08:00 - 08:45 Sunrise Flow + Sound Healing

We begin the day welcoming the energy of the sunrise with a gentle practice that awakens body and mind, accompanied by healing vibrations that elevate the experience.
08:45 - 09:15 Healthy Breakfast
After the initial practice, we’ll enjoy a healthy and nourishing breakfast that recharges us with energy to make the most of the morning.
09:15 - 10:00 Vinyasa Flow + Beats

A dynamic and energizing flow, paired with rhythms that will make you feel movement in a powerful and vibrant way.

10:15 - 11:00 Acroyoga: Flowing together

The magic of practicing in pairs — with trust, laughter, and connection — guided step by step so you can enjoy the experience to the fullest.

11:15 - 12:00 Hatha Yoga

A space of calm and balance to inhabit the body with awareness and connect with your breath.

12:20 - 12:50 Cacao Ceremony + Honoring Food
A deep ritual to open the heart, give thanks, and connect with the essence of what nourishes us — from the inside out.

13:00 Brunch + Music
We close the morning by sharing a delicious and healthy brunch — because celebrating the joy of eating is also part of this experience. And what better way than with a special YO TRIBU set: indie beats, fresh house, and deep house.
